Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
The Regional Logistics Concept of Operations (CONOPS) is a strategic level, all-hazards plan that provides guidance and highlights critical tasks for executives during a catastrophe. The CONOPS document is intended for use during the response phase of a logistics operation and presents three strategies and the associated critical actions and key response tasks required to execute an effective disaster logistics response.
Intermodal Infrastructure Assessment Reports: All site assessment reports for regional air, rail, waterway, and distribution facilities have been distributed to participating jurisdictions. Each report contains specific site assessment information and data for location, throughput, storage, infrastructure, and support services.
